Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return as long as the product is in a like new condition, Unwashed, Unworn , Un-Scuffed and free from external debris, wear marks, and/or stains. It needs to be returned in the original packaging free from cuts, tears and markings and have all tags along with original invoice.
We recommend you try all clothing on before removing the tags and /or washing the garment. For footwear, please try shoes on and walk on carpeted surfaces only to avoid scuffing.
To start a return, you can contact us at autumnraindesignsllc@gmail.com. We will email you a return label to return the products. After your return is accepted, we will refund your original payment method for product only. Allow 5 days for processing of return.

Final Sale items are non returnable.
Ineligible returns: Products that have been worn or have damage.
We can’t Cancel an order once it has shipped. It will be handled with the standard return policy above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
